We are located halfway between Stanton and Sheridan in West Michigan (right on the corner of 66 and Sidney Road). There are several other communities close by such as Sidney, Greenville, Edmore, and Ionia. So that puts us in a very convenient and accessible location.

Montcalm County has a huge issue with lack of housing options, and so we fill that gap by providing housing on a short term or long term basis.

When you book housing with Sheridan Sleep and Stay, you must understand and fully accept the Rental Agreement set forth for these accommodations. Thank you.

General

Payment of deposits by guest or guest’s agent constitutes acceptance and confirmation by the guest and guest’s agent of the deposit and cancellation and use policies, restrictions, and additional information given in this Rental Agreement. Any changes in the deposit and cancellation and use policies are effective only if executed in writing by the General Manager of Sheridan Sleep and Stay.

The term “occupant” or “occupants” as used in this Rental Agreement includes the registered guest and all other persons who occupy the room.

Check In and Check Out Time

Check-in at 3:00 PM ; Check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in times can be requested but will not be guaranteed. Departures after 11:00 A.M. will be charged half of the daily rate and after 4:00 P.M. will be charged one full daily rent rate.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping services available for our Short-Term guests by request.  For Long-Term guests, Sheridan Sleep and Stay offers weekly cleaning services that include changing of bathroom towels and bed sheets, vacuuming and mopping as necessary. Please contact Front Desk if you require additional housekeeping services.

Agents Right of Entry

An authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises at any time in order to inspect, repair, and maintain the unit and in order to confirm that the unit is being used in accordance with the terms of these policies.

Repairs

Occupant is liable for any damages to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment, and/or household items therein which occurred during occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Please report any damages to your unit during your stay before departure.

Termination of Occupancy

Sheridan Sleep and Stay is committed to being a good neighbor, and asks that you be considerate of those who are living near your unit. Unfortunately, from time to time some occupants disturb their neighbors, by creating excessive noise, smoke, or other nuisances. Sheridan Sleep and Stay expressly reserves the right to terminate, at any time, your occupancy of your unit, and to evict you from the unit, in the event that complaints are lodged which indicate that you are disturbing the neighbors. In that event, you will also forfeit all monies previously paid to Sheridan Sleep and Stay.

No Smoking

All buildings are smoke free, including the interior of each room, lobbies, offices, and community rooms. Smoking is permitted outside in the front and back of the building, where cigarette disposal units are available.
